 VFW Ohio Charities Executive Director William Seagraves Presents Robert E Perry a check in the amount of $10,000. Robert was the first prize winner of the VFW that was held in January 2008. Robert told Bill that he didn't know anything about the sweepstakes until he was notified by department headquarters that he had won. His wife had filled out the tickets and mailed them back in.
